Thermal Inkjet Cartridge Care
Believe it or not, many of the support inquiries we receive can be resolved with proper cartridge care. Here are some pointers to ensure the longevity of your cartridge and the quality of each print.
- Protective clip: protects the print head. Always store cartridge in clip when not printing.
- Lint free wipe: provided with every ink order. Use this to clean print head.
- Cleaning chemicals: never use a cleaning chemical not approved by our support team.
